What to include
Send the request from the email address on your Gbanjo account and state that you want the account deleted. Do not send a password, payment card number, bank account number, or one-time code.
Account deletion
Request deletion of your Gbanjo account.
You can start this request in the Gbanjo app under Profile, or by email if you no longer have access to the app. We verify account ownership before processing a request.
What happens next
Gbanjo will verify that you control the account, review any open auctions, payments, refunds, payouts, deliveries, disputes, or investigations, and email you when the request has been completed or if another step is required. We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days. If a specific record cannot yet be deleted, we will explain the applicable reason.
Data that may be retained
Records required for completed transactions, payments, refunds, payouts, disputes, fraud prevention, marketplace enforcement, legal obligations, or legal claims are retained only for the category-specific period. Other account data is deleted or irreversibly de-identified when the request is completed.
